Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tailfind, including the Tailfind website, Chrome extension, license activation, product updates, and support channels.

By purchasing, installing, activating, or using Tailfind, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Tailfind.

Tailfind is a developer tool for inspecting live website interfaces, selecting UI fragments, and exporting Tailwind-ready HTML that can be copied into Tailwind Play or your own codebase.

Tailfind is provided for development, design, and inspection workflows. You are responsible for how you use exported code and for confirming that you have the right to inspect, copy, adapt, or reuse any third-party content, markup, design, or assets.

A lifetime license gives one purchaser ongoing access to the paid Tailfind features available under that license. Lifetime access means the license itself does not renew or expire on a subscription schedule.

A license may be activated on a reasonable number of devices or browser profiles for your own use. We may limit, suspend, or reset activations when we detect sharing, resale, automated abuse, fraud, refund abuse, or use that harms the product or other customers.

Payments may be processed by third-party billing providers, including Paddle and RevenueCat. The payment provider may act as merchant of record and may collect payment, tax, billing, and fraud-prevention information under its own terms and policies.

Prices are shown before checkout. Unless stated otherwise, prices are listed in USD and may be converted by your bank, card provider, or payment provider.

Tailfind offers a 14-day refund period. To request a refund, contact support@tailfind.org with the email address used for purchase and enough information for us to locate the order.

When a refund is issued, the related license and activations may be revoked. Refunds are handled through the original payment channel where possible.

You may not use Tailfind to violate laws, bypass access controls, scrape or copy content where you do not have permission, attack websites, distribute malware, or interfere with browser, website, or extension security.

You may not resell, sublicense, share, rent, lease, reverse engineer, or redistribute Tailfind except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to do so.

We may improve, change, add, or remove features over time. Some updates may be required for compatibility with Chrome, website platform changes, payment systems, or security requirements.

We aim to keep Tailfind useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every website, or perfect conversion output for every page.

Tailfind is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and error-free operation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tailfind and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or replacement services.
