We collect the minimum information needed to operate the product, process purchases, activate licenses, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the website and product experience.

When you purchase or activate Tailfind, we may receive your email address, license identifier, purchase status, country or tax region, and payment-provider order references.

When you contact support, we collect the information you send, such as your email address, message content, order details, screenshots, browser information, or diagnostic context you choose to include.

Payment details such as full card numbers are handled by third-party payment providers, including Paddle and RevenueCat. Tailfind does not store full payment card details on its own servers.

Payment providers may share limited purchase, refund, tax, and entitlement information with us so we can activate, verify, revoke, or support your license.

The Tailfind website may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, page views, referral sources, device categories, and similar usage patterns.

Analytics data helps us improve the website and understand whether visitors can find product, pricing, support, and policy information.

Tailfind is designed for developer workflows inside your browser. The extension may process page structure, selected elements, generated HTML, and related styling information to provide inspection and export features.

When a feature requires a server-side service, license verification, activation, diagnostics, or support, related technical data may be sent to Tailfind systems or trusted service providers. Do not submit confidential or sensitive page content unless you are comfortable sharing it for that purpose.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use payment details or support messages for third-party advertising.
