14-Day Refund Period
Tailfind offers a 14-day refund period for lifetime license purchases. The 14-day period starts on the date of purchase shown by the payment provider.
You do not need to provide a detailed reason for the refund request, although feedback is welcome and helps us improve the product.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@tailfind.org from the email address used for purchase, or include the purchase email, order ID, receipt number, or other details that let us identify the transaction.
We may ask for additional information only when needed to locate the order, prevent fraud, or process the refund through the payment provider.
Processing
Approved refunds are sent back through the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider, card network, bank, and country.
Currency conversion differences, bank fees, or card issuer fees are controlled by your payment provider or bank and may not be refundable by Tailfind.
License Access After Refund
After a refund is issued, the Tailfind license connected to that purchase may be disabled, and existing activations may stop working.
If you purchase Tailfind again later, a new license or activation may be required.
Exceptions
Refund requests made after the 14-day period may be declined unless required by applicable law or approved at our discretion.
We may decline refund requests connected to fraud, chargeback abuse, resale, unauthorized sharing, or other misuse of Tailfind.
